In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be waived. If a product or service you purchased from us exhibits a major failure (as defined in the Australian Consumer Law), you may be entitled to a replacement or a refund. This applies when the product is:
- faulty or damaged (excluding damage caused by you);
- significantly unfit for its intended purpose (and cannot be easily repaired within a reasonable timeframe); or
- unsafe.
We are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, make an error during the purchase, or damage the products after delivery.
To request a refund or exchange for products impacted by a 'major problem', please email accounts@modurngroup.com within fourteen (14) days of noticing the issue and include:
- your proof of purchase or, alternatively, your order number; and
- photographs of the product(s) affected by the 'major problem'.

Upon receiving your email, we may ask you to clarify why you believe the product(s) are affected by a 'major problem' and/or request that you return the product(s) to an address designated by us.
When evaluating your request for a refund or exchange, we will consider the time elapsed since your purchase, the type of product(s), how a consumer is likely to use them, the reasonable expected lifespan of the product(s), and how much use the product(s) could reasonably withstand before the 'major problem' becomes apparent.
If your exchange request is approved, we will cover the return shipping to the original delivery address and reimburse you for any costs incurred in returning the original product(s) to us (if requested).
Any refunds will match the amount you initially paid and be issued in the same manner as your original payment.
