What is the difference between a QR Code and a Smart Memorial Plaque?
A QR code is a quick response code that links to a website or landing page generally to promote a product. The barcode aesthetic has not been widely accepted on plaques as it is unsightly and perhaps not congruent with honouring a loved one’s life. The Smart Memorial Plaque is designed to seamlessly fit into a plaque and cemetery setting, is easily downloaded and the App offers many more exciting and interactive features than a QR code website link. The proximity beacon encased in our Smart Memorial Plaques also engages viewers within 5-7 metres which works well in cemetery or memorial park settings for Historical self-guided tours and for the public to enjoy learning more about a person’s unique life.
Who can see my life story?
